Subscribers aren't really a thing that I strive for, people will come and go from my channel as they will and quantifying them comes off as disingenuous to me. Alternatively, I quantify VPM, views per month. I am currently sitting at ~2230 views per month, and that's without uploading much at all, I want to get that to 10,000.
My average views-per-month in 2015 was ~170, and days without a single view were relatively commonplace. Last year was about 3400, inclusive of my semi-popular 16000 view video and lesser so 1400 view video from a few months before that. Nowadays getting under 50 views in a day is a rarity, with it only happening once this year so far, but the same is said about more than 100, but I'm almost to the point where that, too, is commonplace, where getting above 90 is common and the average daily view count is 75.
My job this year is to take that from 75 to 340.
