ok.. il help if i can. What video editor do you use? 30 views from almost 400 subs is very very low. you need about 1/5 of your views from your subs to grow at all. you need to figure out where you're getting these subs that dont watch your videos from? any ideas?

Its not bad. I like the sync. If you're sharing a video to a games community make sure it is A+. how long did it take to get the footage? (hours of gameplay) And people seem to like faster paced video so in the next one try that.
