There's lots of good one's out there. Some cost money while others don't. Nvidia Shadowplay, OBS and Fraps are some of the more popular ones. I say just do some research and find which one will work best with you.

If you are mentioning the break with SOMA and then Cellar, it's not because I'm done with SOMA, I'm actually going to be throwing in a random one-parter every 3 episodes of SOMA.

Okay, I must be doing something wrong. I do everything in the bottom list and get little to no attention on my channel. I know I don't post as often as I should but damn, I do everything else right. What am I doing wrong that I get 1 sub once a month but I also lost 2. I just don't know.
