Subscriber Milestone 10 Subscribers in a week

Hi you alright just posting here to say how i got 10 subscribers in my first week of uploading daily gaming videos, i know ten isn't a lot but it makes me happy, anyone got any advice on how i could be growing faster? And should i be setting goals say for example 100 subscribers in x amount of time?

well first start with a goal of 20 and say that you want to reach it in your video then 50 and then 100
