I'm with MGN so i can answer this for you. When you visit the dashboard in the upper corner it should show the MGN logo. If this is the case then your partnered with MGN, if not then you must fill in the transfer form available on the MGN forums.
Regarding the CMS you go trough Freedom instead of the MGN CMS. To change this submit a ticket on the MGN forum and ask for a invite for the MGN CMS
