Solved Be included in a YouTube Partner Program

Hello you all.

A couple of days ago I received a notification on YouTube about a new YouTube Partner Program. I must confess I don't know anything about this, and I don't know what it means. My channel have almost 4 months now and I'm with Freedom! from ~2 months now. Can anyone help me with this? I don't know if I should accept of not, or even if I do so, I'm quiting Freedom! partnership (which I don't want to).
