You best initial source of views should ideally come from your current subscribers, however by tagging your videos correctly , creating good descriptions and making an eye catching thumbnail you could also see initial views coming in from other views. Lets also not forget promotion of your video across forums, and groups which could also help get you initial views
I'd say using Facebook is a start, also Instagram, Twitter, Freedom Forums and YTTalk.
Spread them to your friends and family, tell new people!
Another thing is to comment on other peoples channels, try being a part of the community.
Get your friends to see your videos and share them, then go on forums and promote yourself, go on facebook groups, most of the times a post will get you at best 1 view but do it and you will start to see result on the long run!
Reddit is a great way to kickstart a video. Try sharing the video to a relative subreddit (provided the rules allow it) and you can generate some views, in most instances. Be weary though, as user reddits can be harsh on youtubers, especially if they see the content as "trash".
