Solved How to sign up two channels with freedom?

Iv had an account woith freedom/ MGN for a long time now as LeeceGaming I clicked add acount for my second channel but it still says Not in YPP but its partnerd with youtube and im trying to get it with freedom so why is it saying not in YPP please help?
