Other Milestone Likes to Views Ratio

Im hoping my Likes to Views ratio becomes more a 1:1

I usually get about 30 views but less then 10 likes and i don't think thats good.

Do you guys ask for likes or set goals for like in your videos?

Well I get more views then mine likes so that normal and I tell my viewers what are my goals once a awhile and ask for likes at the end of the video and you have be happy you get 10 likes some 100+ Views video don't have 10 likes maybe not at all.

I'm going to use VanossGaming as an example here.
He gets 1 like/dislike per 20 views. That's a 1:20 ratio.

Not at all. I had a video get to about 1000 views recently, 20 people hit the like button. Generating a 1:50 view to like ratio.
If it isn't a subscriber who is watching, then you'll be less likely to receive a like. Thinking of that, check your video views, and see how many of your views are from subscribers.
