Everytime a new person comes on the forums they shoudl have to read the chat rules before talking in chat. So that they know all the rules and stuff. Just a suggestion

I wish that was the case, however most new people just come straight on and jump straight into the chat and start spamming channel links, as i am sure you have already seen. It would be nice to have some kind of introductory message they have to read in order to be able to post on Freedom

That would be like forcing people to read the terms of service for every application they install.
It'd be nice but it's not going to happen.
