Solved No Notification Bell

Pretty simple really. I don't have the notification bell in the top right corner so I'm not getting any notifications. Any fixes?

Are you signed into your google account? Maybe try using a different browser and signing into everything again.

Didn't come up for both Chrome and Explorer but if I sign in to a different google account then it comes up, so confused :/

That is pretty strange. Maybe a small bug/glitch in your account.
