Open a T shirt Shop

Evening guys,

I have been toying with the idea of launching a t shirt/sticker shop that will sit alongside my channel.

The purpose of the shop is more to pay for new kit and other bit I might need to improve my channel as I go along.

Has anyone tried this?

Did it work or is it more effort than it is worth?

I used Spreadshirt but I wouldn't recommend it. Well I have a fair amout of subscibers and I still didnt make any sales. It's going to take a good strategy to get the sales you want. But good luck.
