and on my and in my dashboard no notification does not reach me freedom to activate your partnership

It can take a few days for you to get the "learn more" button. How long ago did you apply to join Freedom? As if you applied to join freedom more than 3 days ago and still haven't received anything confirming this, then it could be best to write a ticket our support team, so they can potentially resend the invite to you. Well you probably already had your notification of joining the partnership, especially if you have been partnered for 2 years.

Contacting support would be the best option because they can see your whole account and help you get this sorted. We'd just be going by what you said rather than being able to look up the account like they can
