Freedom! offers 60% revenue share when your first join us and as your channel expands, you can ask for increases via our support ticket system.
Your second screenshot, indicates that we do not place tax onto your earnings, so your 60% of the earnings you are supposed to be paid is what you are going to be paid.

Freedom! takes 40% in exchange for the services. The "100% of what you earn" is the 60% you get, but Freedom! covers the Paypal fees so you get all of your 60% instead of having some of it taken by Paypal fees.
