I would like to do Creative Commons in my videos but when others youtubers can catch my videos with remix .. This Youtubers recerive a message of recalmation from my video..but my videos are very good and my account also is good.

Is this for music, I'm still not too sure what you are asking. Do you want to copyright a song/video so that if other use it it can be monetised by you?

Do not use remixes period. You might get away for now, but sooner or later Youtubes Copyright bot will find you.
