Solved Revenue share increase HUGE PROBLEM

Hello everyone

I have more than seven days trying to contact freedom support for a damn revenue share increase and there is no1 replying to me.

My channel is fulfilling all the requirements to get revenue share increased because is getting more than 80 k daily views.

This is my last effort to get revenue share increased if my words drop again on deaf ears I am gonna quit freedom contract

Sorry to hear you have not had a reply yet. I know Support are training new people so have a back log of tickets to get through. Does it say your support ticket has been assigned to an agent ?

I have three open ticked about revenue share increase and none reply, the last one is made 10 mins ago, all tickets are assigned to Devyn.

Wow you have opened 3 in the last 7 days ? If it has been assigned to an agent then it will get sorted it just like I said they are experiencing a lot of tickets at the minute and are training new staff to help get through them.

Just note that opening multiple tickets will bump your request to the back of the queue (support responds to the oldest tickets first). If it has been longer than 3 days since you have last contacted support and you haven't heard back, send me a message with your ticket ID

ah my friend that is where u are wrong if you meat the requierments you can have ur 60% bumped up i think it can go to 95% with just youtube side
