You describe the featured channel in great detail. That's what makes a good shout out video.
My only suggestion is that you should include a screenshot of the channel you're featuring. It'll give us a glimpse of how the channel looks like and it'll surely get more people to actually check out the winner's channel. Hope this helps

For a start, your thumbnail is really eye catching
There is a lot of enthusiasm in your voice, one thing I have noticed though is that you use a lot of fillers likes "um" and "err" which is natural, I do it all the time, maybe overtime you'll get used to not doing that so often
You also do talk about the channel in detail which is really interesting! Nice quality video too! Also intro and end card! Hope this help
