I believe the best way is to start making connections with people, try reading other threads on the forum. Comment if you're interested and even chat to us on the live chat.
There is a lot more you can do to promote, but try to stay inside the forum rules about this

It's been mentioned before, but collaboration helps a grand ton! Start looking for people early on, and if you can foster a good relationship, you'll have a flow of videos, and possibly additional people coming to your channel!
