Solved Need help setting up account

Ok so I'm new and when I go to the dashboard it says,"Before we can pay you, please see your YouTube dashboard and click "Learn More". When I go where it tells me to go I never see the "learn more" button anywhere. Please respond I'm scared that this is going to affect how much I get paid, or if I even get paid. Please help thanks for reading hope this helps out others too.

When you visit your youtube channel and go to your Featured page: that is were it should be. If by chance it already says Network Freedom then you are partnered correctly.

If you visit your channel and go to the page where you van edit your video's. Then on the left you have the menu with video's/Playlist/Livestream and such. Aming that list is your featured channel page.
